A Space Base on a freezing world with huge glaciers. The planet rotates very slowly. It is not tidally locked, but is close. Therefore, there are very long winters and very long summers. It also has a thin atmosphere, so you can see stars even at early twilight. Of course, twilight only comes every hundred years or so. This photo was taken during twilight.
